Last weekend we went to the demolition derby at the fair grounds in Spanish Fork. We had a blast! Imagine 5 solid hours of cars being smashed to bits. T.J. was beyond excited. We were witness to several engine fires, insane driving, and even a rollover in the powder puff round! Luckily everyone was ok.
Draeven did pretty well, he was entertained and fought to stay awake but didn't quite make it to the last couple rounds. I don't think I have seen T.J. that enthusiastic about anything. He is hoping to somehow get sponsored and drive in the derby next year. I have mixed feelings about it, but we'll see what happens.
